Gary DeMars moved to San Francisco from Portland, Oregon, in 1979. After working in the hospitality industry, he began his real estate career in 1988.

Gary initially specialized in helping first-time homebuyers purchase homes through FHA and VA loan programs. Many of these clients found opportunities outside San Francisco, where their first homes became an important step toward building equity and long-term financial security.

Throughout his career, Gary has remained committed to helping each client find the property that best supports their goals—whether they are purchasing their first home, acquiring an income producing investment property, seeking a distinctive luxury residence, or preparing to sell a longtime home.

With 38 years of experience, Gary has represented buyers and sellers in a wide variety of transactions, including residential and commercial properties, probate and trust sales, short sales, and residential investment properties. He has worked throughout seven of the nine Bay Area counties: San Francisco, San Mateo, Alameda, Contra Costa, Solano, Santa Clara, and Marin.

Gary brings extensive market knowledge, thoughtful guidance, and personal attention to every transaction. His goal is to help clients understand their options, navigate the complexities of the real estate process, and confidently achieve their next real estate objective.
